Pension located just near the Metro and at the heart of the lively Chueca always! But the pension is quiet Fortunately! Room small but comfortable, the minimum necessary is with more TV! Everything is clean and the Manager is very nice and available. Very good stay in Madrid and in the pension Enebral!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel! It is well located: close to the mouth of Metro "Tribunal" and there is quite a thing to walk from there.

The cleaning is done daily. There is a bathroom and toilet for about 5 to 6 rooms. It is sometimes a little wait to get there but in itself, is not very annoying. In addition, the bathrooms are very clean despite the number of people who use.

The Manager speaks only Spanish, but is always ready to help us.

not bad any way completely in the city centre but well located still...The Lady is very nice talk quickly but it is rather funny! the rooms are a little small but there is the fan and TV.There is also a kitchen.

Very well placed Hostel in bars and other entertainment. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Some problems of noise during our week.

I recommend this hostel for young people wishing to stay in Madrid for a short period of one week at the most.

Brilliant stay in hostal oliver-rooms were spotless and bathrooms were clean, lovely white sheets. owners really friendly and let you leave cases for the day. Great location near bars and bang in city centre. Cant believe how cheap it was would definately return!! I would recommend staying there!!!!

The room could do with updating and redecoration but it was very clean, and so were the toilets and bathroom. We had a double room with a sink, wardrobe, mirror. We only stayed a couple of days so it was fine for us, and the price was very cheap too. However for a longer stay it wouldn't have been comfortable, as it was very hot at night even though there was a fan on the ceiling, we couldn't switch the fan on without turning the light on as well. Also there was only one bathroom for all the rooms, some people tend to take ages in the mornings to shower, so you could wait for ages before being able to have a shower. At least there was a sink in the room so you could brush your teeth. There were other rooms with en-suite bathroom too which looked nice though.Overall I would say that the hostel was ok for the time we needed it, and even if the hostel needs updating, everything was really clean.

La atención genial y la dueña muy simpática. El establecimiento necesita de una reforma, antigüo. Muy limpio todo, hacen todos los días la habitación. Te dan toallas para la ducha y aseo personal. El lugar es muy centrico. Sólo para pernoctar. Lo recomiendo para gente joven.

Hostal Welcome located south of Madrid, in a neighbourhood which is not very good reputation! It is inaccessible by Metro! In addition the hotel lobby is misleading since it is very spacious and air conditioned rooms are not! more in bathroom showers close with a curtain! Finally, there is that a cafeteria next to the hotel to eat and the food is very average! In addition there were many men alcohol which is not very reassuring, especially when like us, you are only 2 young girls!

El hostal está in a sitio tranquilo, if lo que buscas es an alejado del centro está muy barullo del sitio, to aparca fácilmente. Está todo limpio, las rooms his amplias y los salones muy cómodos. El único as puedo sacar defecto es el ruido por la noche de los camiones que trabajan cerca, al tener ventana abierta is escucha todo. El trato del personal perfecto.

me gusto el sitio

Je vais d'abord commencer par les points positifs, ça ira plus vite : A vrai dire je n'en vois pas beaucoup, enfin on était censé dormir avec une amie dans un dortoire de 14 mixtes et heureusement nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un dortoire de 8 seulement de filles, sinon je crois que nous serions partie largement plus tot. Tout d'abord, l'accueil, la personne de l'entrée ne parle ni français, et son espagnol est vrmt mauvais !!!!! , ensuite nous avons été un jour sans haut chaude dans notre chambre. La nourriture disparait du frigo, et sans parler de l'état du frigo, il est dégoutant. Le gardien pour la nuit se mate des films porno et change sur télé achat quand il nous voit ! nous faisont la vaiselle dans l'évier des toilettes, il n'y a pas d'assiette, de couteau de verre ... pour en avoir il faut vraiment insister. La cuisine est salle, l'état du micro onde je n'en parle même pas. Du coup nous avons fait notre maximum pour manger le plus possible à l'extérieur, et rester le moin longtemps dedans. Je dois avouer quand meme que le bar interieur est plutot bien, pour les gens qui ne savent pas trop ou sortir, seulement pour les non fumeur, ce n'est pas évident, vous êtes enfummés !

Je suis assez étonnée de voir de bon commentaires sur cette auberge car aprés avoir dormi dans beaucoup d'auberges dans des pays bien moins développés que l'Espagne je suis juste choquée de l'insalubrité de cette auberge.

Je ne la recommande bien sure ABSOLUMENT pas !

Chambre de 10 : 2°C dehors, 6°C à l'intérieur, un mini chauffage qui ne marchait quasiment pas et qui fesait tellement de bruit qu'on ne pouvait pas le laisser marcher la nuit

On demande des couvertures : ils ont rien! avec un dédain tel qu'on en est resté bouche bé ! Vous avez cas allé en boite vous trouver des mecs pour vous réchauffer !!! veridict et dit sérieusement !!!

L’accueil : si tu ne parles pas espagnol..ben c'est pas gagné! aucun effort de la part de ce type antipathique à souhait!!! sauf quand il s'agit d'argent! et pour le petit dej ATTENTION, redemandez une tranche de pain de mie a 09h58 car à 10h03... c'est fini !!!!

Les douches ( ou porcherie) d'une insalubrité impressionnante !!! des cheveux qui flottent dans 4 cm d'eau pendant 3jours, et personne nettoie!!

La salle au sous sol sans chauffage ...un vrai frigo donc....est pas trés attractive pour papoter et sent le renfermé ....

Bref heureusement que l'objectif était de sortir faire la fete mais on est toutes malades et je suis sure que pour le même prix vous pouvez trouver BIEN mieux !!! VRAIMENT !!!!

Je déplore le manque de cuisine pour se faire à manger étant donné que l'hotel est en travaux (j'aurais aimé que ça soit mentionné dans l'annonce). De plus le personnel d'accueil n'a pas un Anglais correct (voir pas d'Anglais du tout pour certain) et il y a un manque évident de renseignements. Lorsqu'on leur demande quelque chose, la personne à l'accueil ne fait pas d'effort pour trouver des solutions à des questions pourtant très simple par exemple : "ou puis-je laver les assiettes".

par contre je suis très satisfait de l'état de propreté de la chambre qui était impeccable.

Bon accueil mais très petite chambre pour 6 personnes alors que j'avais sélectionné une chambre de 4. Propreté.... plus ou moins. Petit déjeuné vraiment nul.

Je n'ai pas de critique à faire, c'était parfait comme auberge...Au calme, pas loin de la puerta del sol et des transport en commun.Très propre. Propriétaire sympa :)!

Le seul petit hic c'est que l'internet bugg énormément,mais sinon le reste était niquel! Je le recommande et pour mes prochains séjours à Madrid je serai à "SLEE In MADRID"!

The hostel is very well located, with access to subway 2minutes. The staff is very friendly and it was helpful.

The bedroom and the kitchen seemed bigger in the pictures, but it was not bad at all. As for cleaning, the bathrooms were almost always clean. Só faltava even have stove.

The hostel is rather nice, quite well located, easy to find, easy access. The reception staff is super, I arrived without knowing nothing of Madrid, and in good hosts, very available, they have indicated to me the good plans. I organized my visit to the city on the basis of their advice and I am very grateful!

Nice and cosy place! Near the Metro Station, is a great solution near the city center - Safe and, not too many guests/noise clean.

The owners are very friendly and keen on giving advices on how to use at best the city of Madrid...;)

UM lugar seguro e com bastante simpática recepção. Boa localização.

Nous avons réservé une chambre de trois (donc pas un dortoir), et nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de tomber sur un pièce avec 4 lits superposés, sans rien d'autres dans la pièce (même pas de chauffage : prévoyez vos pulls si vous venez en hiver!!!), avec une ouverture d'environ 1 mètre carré sans aucun cache sur la buanderie avec des machines à laver en fonctionnement jusqu'à plus de minuit. De plus, cette chambre n'a qu'une simple porte coulissante SANS FERMETURE. Je trouve cela inadmissible de la part d'une auberge où les vols sont récurrents.

Enfin, pas de petit déjeuner et des matelas faisant 10 cm d'épaisseur seulement donc un confort médiocre.

Seul avantage, la proximité avec la Sagrada Familia mais ça reste encore à 20 minutes à pieds du coeur de Barcelone.

El servicio es bueno, y la ubicación fantástica. Las toallas no van incluidas en el precio, pero hay gel en las duchas y secadores en los baños. El personal es muy agradable y simpático. El hostal tiene diversas actividades cada día que te ayudar a conocer gente y lugares.

at first sight is a bit nasty, but after ambientamo us is very good for those who don't want to spend a lot of money because it is very well located, is cheap and has a kitchen.

Despite an error in my booking, owners have found a solution quickly. Their warm welcome, the location of the hotel and its prices make the hotel where you get off when you want to Discover Madrid on a small budget.
