Chambre pour 4 beaucoup trop petite et hygiene des couette et drap pas top heureusement que j avais prevu et salle de bain trop petite et pas tres propre.... Le dejeuner pas de choix tres simple.

Very nice, very happy hostel (with its Fuchsia walls and turquoise), well located, good atmosphere, to redo.

Concerning the reception it is fine, everyone is very nice. The ubication is great, you are just 5 minutes away from the Van Gogh Museum and the park with the I Am Amsterdam sign. However it is ot the cleanest hostel ever. The rooms are ok if you are just planning to go to sleep there.

The hostel is fairly well. Not too far from the centre by tram, and the route is even quite easily on foot.

The problem is that the breakfast room is tiny, and the bathrooms also. There is not much choice at breakfast.

The price/quality ratio is really not terrible.

However, the young man has the home is nice and very nice.

Par contre super accueillante, placé à 50m d'une superbe plage, possibilité de prendre une navette pour aller à amsterdam, le retour aussi mais de bonne heure et il faut s'inscrire

Vraiment , mais vraiment la meilleure auberge de jeunesse dans laquelle j' ai été . En plein quartier rouge , on y mange très bien , il y a un bar sympa , la déco est terrible , le personnel super sympa , on peut fumer a l' interieur clopes et pétards , la douche est super( c est super important je trouve ) :) Bref le top niveau auberges !

I found the very good hotel, comfortable and most important of all, the very friendly people. I had a good day with alla, efficient, good beds and good internet. I recommend the hostel for all over the world, in addition to the price. EXCELLENT.

I stayed in hostel Sarphati for two nights, together with 3 friends. We rented a room for 4 persons, it was really good! The room was clean and comfortable. Especially the staf was very friendly and nice. I really appreciated the atmosphere, it was a good experience. If you are up to visit amsterdam, i'd recommend it for sure! The centre is not far of, you're close to the central station (15-20 min) You'd stay near the Sarphati Park and next to a 'rent a bike' - shop.

-Point of view quality/price: expensive! (Amsterdam is very expensive in general) - level location of the hostel: not in Center but well located (4-5 stops from the centre) - cleanliness: is frankly unsatisfactory!

-Personel very nice!

La chambre était cool, mais la moisissure sur les plafonds l'était moins.

De plus, deux des trois lits superposés n'étaient pas équipés d'échelles, on a donc eu du mal à escalader les lits.

Sinon, la nuit n'était pas cher, l'auberge était facile d'accès depuis la gare et la réception 24h/24 est une bonne idée.

Cependant, le check out à 10h du matin est un peu trop tôt, surtout lorsque l'on sait prendre uniquement le tram de 7h du matin pour revenir à l'hôtel.

Just a surprise: I had booked a 4 room assigned was 5 and this last bed was occupied overnight by an additional person.

But no problem, this person was quiet and unobtrusive.

We were a bit scared upon arrival because we had booked a room for 6for 3 nights on this very website but the receptionnist asked us twice the price indicated on this website. In the end it sorted itself out and we did not have to pay anything more than what was agreed online. The bedroom was great! Clean, big, ensuite just as advertised. Possibility to rent a towel! YOU CAN FORGET TO BRING YOUR TOWEL! The only tiny drawback would be that there was only one WC for the whole floor which means that the 6 of us had to share it with at least another 10 people. HOLD IT IN!!! :D

The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice, understanding and helpful (appart from this little missunderstand about the price they were truly great).

It was easy to find and the location is ideal. In the city center, less than 30 minutes by foot from almost everything (apart from the Zoo -> 45-50 minutes :p)

Une auberge géniale, avec une ambiance très agréable, au premier abord on pourrait regretter des dortoirs de 16 personnes mais au final l'ambiance qui s'y retrouve est très chaleureuse. De plus l'auberge est située tout proche de la gare et en plein centre ville.

En somme une auberge très satisfaisante!

La folie cette auberge! je suis arrivé bien en avance sur ma réservation ! mais il m'ont accueillie sans soucis tout les jours au top, enfin bonne ambiance ! j'ai pris le dortoir le plus grand mais aucun soucis pas une seule personne qui a mal agis que de belles rencontres et les aubergistes sont au top pour vous aider !! enfin un grand merci a bob's youth hostel

Get what you pay for. Friendly, helpful staff. Very low budget but if you want to spend your money on, other things, then its perfect. Its a place to sleep. Shame about no plugs in rooms and things run down a bit. Could upkeep the place a bit more. but great location and very easy. hope to be back soon.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hostelle. Its location is quite convenient and the room was clean as well. Moreover, I love the kitchen they offered, which was great for cooking some food I like, when I didn't want to eat out. Enjoy it!

Perfect, the great Bianca home, tidy rooms, living room, kitchen, sanitary, internet free finally everything was perfect!

Awesome! Amazing hostel with a warm super Bianca. There is a large living room with sofas too cute of the provisions pounds, internet, dvd player, info on Amsterdam, a large fully equipped kitchen, rooms are all custom, and the bathrooms and toilets (NYC, Hello kitty, art deco,...). It is super clean. The neighborhood is super, very cosmopolitan. I loved and I recommended you strongly.

staff alot but the individual rooms were a little ratales (the door and glass and so guitarist discretion, everyone who enters the hotel you see), bathroom (who was next-door to the hotel, in a disgusting state, leaks water by tou) and finally, smoking is strictly prohibited in this hotel (otherwise 250th direct almond) and Windows are completely broken on everything not test of the Open, if not you end the night in the cold!

OS comento mi experiencia en este "" Hotel"" bueno deciros than antes de ir a Hotel dicho, lei los comentarios sobre él, ellos in to decia el Hotel era normal tirando has cutre y que tenia ratones, la verdad esk No. hice demasiado caso, puesto que la verdad me daba an igual poco, pues solo buscaba alojamiento barato y este era el mas barato that habia encontrado.

Otra cosa las fotos than enseñan por esta Web no. tienen nada as con ver las instalaciones, yo creo than his las fotos that han exado a cosas nuevas, pues la realidad es totalmente diferente.

Y ya por Ultimo y no. por is lo ultimo menos important, to dice as in Amsterdam to da cama y desayuno B & B pero este sitio te lo cobra has 5 euros personas are es una mierdad desayuno, pues if por lo menos fuera a buffer free decente pues pagas ese dinero por No. ir a otro lado, pero alli in ese cutre lo unico that habia era a lugar by of bandejas con algunos productos y ya para contar... ahhhhh y otra cosa is decia in the Web that habia wiffi if es verdad hay pero solo in la recepción.

I was erasmus for one year and during this great experience i travelled around at least 6 or 7 countries and whithout doubt this is the worst hostel ever.

Unpolite workers, unhealthy showers, dark rooms... and all these by 44 euros per 2 days

Hostel consisting of a rabbit Hutch with bunk beds. The person of the home made us pay 10 euros more per person price marked on the reservation. Very noisy Street.

Nous étions dans une chambre privée avec 5 lits (2 lits superposés + 1 lit simple) avec wc et douche dans la chambre. On est resté 5 jours.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place mais bon la chambre ne sert qu'a dormir au final...

Une seule fenêtre donnant sur rien du tout, donc peu d'air qui arrive (il fait donc forcement un peu chaud).

Mis à part ça, la chambre était propre à notre arrivée, ras.

Pas le droit d'amener sa nourriture, il faut consommer ce que propose l’hôtel ou manger ailleurs (Macdo &co; à proximité) !

Mais bon, l'hôtel est très bien situé au final !

propreté nickel, chambre de 8 à mourir de chaud, bien plus petite que les photos, pas d'aération dans la salle de bain donc assez humide. chaleur tropicale en quelque sorte.

The hostel is in a nice neighborhood in 20 min on foot from the city centre. The staff is very pleasant. The hostel is clean. Only flat, the size of the room, too small, and the lack of "triggers in the hostel".

Cramped and hot, but very clean (clean bath room), and comfortable bedding.

Well located, in the old South (OWL district), 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Clean rooms, bathroom and WC idem. A 6 by piaule, the ball of hot water empties fairly quickly however. Quality/price ratio satisfactory (28th at night).

Très bien. On n'a pas eu de chance la première nuit puisque nos colocataires ne connaissaient pas la notion de respect. On a demandé à changer de chambre : sans problème.

Le cadre est simple et assez propre. Draps et literie confortables pour une auberge.

Niveau convivialité, bof, mais l'auberge est hyper bien située, accès à tous les bars, restos et boutiques dans la rue derrière.

Petit resto de brunch délicieux dans la rue (produits frais !), tout à pied, au bord des canaux...

J'y retournerai !

Accueil et petit déjeuner sympa cependant des odeurs de remonté d'égout dans la salle de bain, WC insupportable.

Boa localização, atendimento razoavel, banheiros limpos, armario nos quartos com chave, sem internet nos quartos e a internet disponivel no bar é péssima sendo que o bar fecha em determinado horário.

O hostel tem boas instalações, armários nos quartos, banheiro muito bom.

Os atendentes da recepção não são gentis, atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar.

O sinal da internet só funciona no lobby e ainda sim é péssimo, cai o tempo todo.

Auberge en plein coeur de la ville à côté de la gare, les gens sont acceuillants, l'hygiène est très bonne, petit dejeuner pas cher et complet, une très bonne ambiance, c'etait un super sejour, je le recommande et y retournerais!

Very good hostel for people who want to meet with the world.

I had never met different people in such a short time. We went to two and not once we have regretted choosing meeting point.

Tres bonne auberge, les employés sont agréables, les chambres sont tres belles pour le prix, la location de vélo est très pratique, seul soucis les vols de nourriture dans le frigo de la cuisine

Very good situation, but is that the only positive point.

The hours of check out and check in are not suitable. Bathrooms and toilets are not always specific. People at the reception are not the most helpful. It is a real plant where you do not feel in a youth hostel. No soul, if you want to meet people, choose another hostel smaller and more user-friendly.

Hostel ideally located in a beautiful park, a few steps from several shops, the Van gogh Museum, subway. Room clean and quiet. A recommend.

Very good home, everything is there for your comfort at little cost. The beds are impeccable, everything is clean and is practical. What about more? I spent a stay mémorable...:)

Nickel reception, very nice and personal home that provides good information.

Rooms very old, poorly cleaned, dares not even return to the Moldy shower.

Bad surprise to see sales and not made beds upon arriving. Quite hypocritical atmosphere.

My experience in this hostel is rather positive but with a few tracks of progress.

The hostel is well placed just a few hundred metres tram Leidseplein and the city (20-30 minute walk).

The district is very lively trade, bar, nightclub...

The home is well tested and pleasant staff (night access card).

The size of the rooms is really minimalist (12 m ² for 4 people) the privative bath room comes down to a simple washbasin in our case.

The common shower is clean and works perfectly.

Nevertheless the toilet to the floor feel strongly the urine, pavement floor toilets are very correct.

Rated breakfast, it is as minimalist as the House (only of bread and almost translucent fruit juice half as accompaniment).

The overall balance is positive because the price is reasonable (€25 / person).

The truth is that I was surprised, after seeing some comments I thought where I've gotten? but the truth is that in relation to the price and where is located is worth staying here, as it is very convenient to visit the city, everything is very nearby, you can rent bikes at the side, and the entire area is full of premises. My room was 10 persons, and the only thing I can complain is that there is no individual lights, and someone sleeping there to go in the dark room, showers isn't, very there, but clean them every day, slippers is one important thing, the breakfast is very repetitive if you stay more than three days, but is not bad. And the kitchen fires do not have much power, so or patience or kitchen quick things!

It was alright what you see in the pictures is what you get. So pretty much if your looking for a cheep place to crash after a night on the town inn Amsterdam, this place has got a bed, blanket, and good location. The instructions seem confusing but I found it with out a problem. If you walk straight out of central station you will eventually come to a five Euro store turn left there and its on the right after a bakery.

Hotel troppo piccolo... noi eravamo in una grossa come quadrupla mia cameretta di casa... it balcone ci è stato sigillato x motivi a noi sconosciuti it secondo giorno... x it restaurant not ci si può lamentare... colazione decente e buona posizione in mezzo al verde... it tram che porta in centro if trova max 50 metri dall'hotel... x chi si è accontenta an ostello ottimo...

I would advise strongly against this hotel! The receptionist it allowed us to cancel our reservation while we we had to pay 10% of the reservation at the time we we're found a street... and more of its it we are not even repay the sum paid for the reservation.

I got bed bug bites from here so wouldn't can't recommend it all!

Hotel very well located, between the Netherlands Stadium (for parking, €6 per day, round-trip offered tram) and the city centre (20 minutes walk, across superb channels, and very pretty places).

I saw clean bedding and carpet, but it is bearable when you are studying and that it has only a small budget.

We made a big round to find the hostel although it is opposite to the Van Gogh Museum. It will be better that Hostel put some signboard at tram stop to give direction.

The room that we stay is 6 mixed dorm. the bed look okay, quite comfortable. i think they should change the comfortable pillow. Besides, i found the blanket got a stain of blood. i think they may not change the blanket when the guest check out immediately.

the toilet overall is okay, clean v.

the reception is v friendly and we leave our luggage at there at free of charge. =)

We had a few concerns before our stay of 3 nights at the youth hostel Van Gogh... But it is ideally located, very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom cleaned daily, and the buffet breakfast excellent for only 5 euros.

Nice and clean - good breakfast but not worth 5 euro. TV's in rooms added bonus and safes were convenient and better than anywhere else. Man at reception was very harsh however.

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à cette auberge. Les chambres ainsi que les endroits publiques étaient très propres. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Les gens à l’accueil étaient fort sympathique. Cependant le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas très bien et l'auberge n'est pas vraiment près du centre de la ville. Du coup on doit s'y rendre en Tram.

The staff is welcoming and smiling. the rooms are pleasant and good standing, services are comprehensive and of good quality. Very good overall.

Auberge irréprochable: placement en plein centre à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare, personnel accueillant, chambre et douche en très bon état et propres, sécurisé (casiers dans les chambres + dans le hall, vérification à l'accueil 24/24h)

Les +: petit dej inclus, possibilité de ne réserver que pour une nuit (j'ai eu du mal à trouver une auberge qui accepte un séjour en dessous de 2/3 nuits), service de bagagerie, wifi etc.

Excellente auberge de jeunesse, à tous niveaux (situation, confort, propreté, accueil, ambiance, etc...).

The stay was pleasant. 24hr reception, room very clean with lockers inside of it to keep our belongings and silent. Service very polite and a very good breakfast. I would list as a negative aspect, the cleaning of the area of showers and the lack of outlets in the rooms.

Super hotel! Really great to sleep on a barge. The owners are super nice and smiling, they take the time to quietly discuss and explain you what there is to see in Amsterdam.

The rooms are small cabins which are ideal for a stay of 2/3 days. The toilets are very clean.

And the included breakfast, just top!

Klasse boot, relativ viel platz in der kajüte - für ein boot. Lecker frühstück und angenehme besitzer.
