We had booked a room for 4 with bathroom, we have been disappointed by discovering that we were right to shower in a corner of the House and a washbasin (not wc, but given the conditions it was perhaps preferable). Fortunately we were between girlfriends...

The foundation of one of the beds was in a pitiful state.

For the rest, the room was clean and the hotel is located in a district close to the centre and well served by public transport.

Gens sympathiques. Bonne ambiance. Manquais de papier de toilette dans le dortoir des filles. Manque de propreté, baignoire/douche non fonctionnelle dû au toit en pente, revoir configuration. Connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Manque d'éclairage. Casier trop petit.

Agréable séjour dans une auberge à taille humaine, un accueil chaleureux, l'équipe est toujours prête pour répondre au mieux aux demandes des voyageurs.

Le ménage est fait régulièrement et l'ensemble est très correct.

Le petit problème serait qu'il semble que l'auberge n'accueille pas que des touristes, et certains semblent l'utiliser comme un refuge pour la nuit et être sans domicile.

De plus, il y a un forfait de 2,40 euros par nuit obligatoire pour les draps (même si on apporte ses draps) et qu'il faut rajouter un supplément pour avoir un 2eme drap...pas cool...

Mais je la recommande quand même car loin du bruit de la rue, et le personnel veille à ce qu'il n'y ait plus de bruit passer une certaine heure. Il est donc possible de dormir tranquille et en toute sécurité

I choose this one just because it's cheaper and it proves that this is its unique feature. The washing room is the worst . In a word I really don't recommend this hotel...

Beds are almost confortable and receptionists are almost quiet past 21h, shower are almost warm...

Un bon compromis pour les petites bourses. L'acceuil est bon et le personnel fort sympathique.

Cependant quelques points noirs sont à signaler :

- la nuit revient en fait à 10€ par personne (des taxes s'ajoutent, comme la taxe d'1€ par personne et par nuit et la location des draps)

- l'auberge n'est pas à 10 minutes du centre ville mais à 30 minutes à pied d'Il Duomo (cathédrale)

- les salles de bain ne sont pas en très bon état

En somme cette auberge est un bon compromis pour ceux qui ne veulent qu'une chambre pour dormir et ce sans se ruiner. En revanche elle ne conviendra pas à ceux qui recherchent un confort un peu moins sommaire.

I had a bad experience with the hostel. I had made the reservation through the site-youth hostels but when I arrived at the hostel Mido was not the type of room I had booked (room for four people). The staff of the hostel wanted to put us in a room of six people. The other rooms were all full. That is, even with our reservation staff hostel Mido occupied all the rooms of 4 people.

Finally, I went to another hotel. The next day I went back to the hostel and demanded that Mido reimburse the amount I had paid to site-youth hostels.

Hello, the hostel is something terrible where we do not know how it can someone stay for sleeping. Not is a hostel safe with violent receptionists where one never feels safe. The doors of the rooms are permanently open without key to close. They are about 12 rooms with a minimum of 5 beds per room with only a bathroom, toilet, for all clients.

Hygienic conditions are far below the minimum required in Europe. We've been conned! A shame!

Je crois, sincèrement que mon séjour au black and white hostel ait été le pire de toute ma vie. Je suis arrivé là-bas le soir, accueil misérable, il faut payer tout à l'avance! Les photos sont des mensonges, le hall d'entrée n'appartient pas à l'hostel, il leur est réservé qu'un demi étage et il n'y a pas de grand casier pour mettre nos affaires durant la journée. Ensuite, arrivée dans la chambre je me rend compte que sur la couette qu'on m'avait donné il y avait de grandes taches jaunes, j'en ai redemandé une et ils m'en ont donné une encore pire. Il y a de la poussière partout et les lits sont carrément cassés. Quand quelqu'un du dessus ou du dessous bouge, les deux bougent. C'est très sale partout. Il n'y a que deux salles de bains qui sont sans cesse occupé et par ailleurs dégueulasse! Il y avait des poils partout et les douches étaient brunes.

La nuit, le téléphone sonne et c'est comme si nos murs étaient en carton et que le téléphone sonnait juste à côté de mon oreille.

Service 24/24 ? Mensonge total! Ils dorment et ils faut les réveiller en cas de soucis. Le quartier est louche et il ne faut pas sortir le soir.

Les seules points positifs sont la WIFI et le métro à 200m sinon je ne vois rien d'autre.

J'étais censé y aller 3jours, je suis parti le jour d'après avec ma valise, et ils ne voulaient pas me rembourser les autres nuits.

Je ne vous le conseille pas, si vous cherchez quelque chose à Milan pas cher, mais bien il faut débourser minimum 20/30euros. Il y en a un très bon où j'ai été boire un verre et pas cher dutout.

Guesthouse price ratio is fine, 10 euros the night. Best of the hostel is that the reception is open 24 hours and the rooms are very well decorated. The worst, the bathrooms aren't equally well care and find Hostal is a little difficult. But as I said at the beginning, for 10 euros nor expect the Hilton.

Mattresses are good, are not on each other in the room, the staff is friendly but the 2 bathrooms are very moist, degraded shower pears, there is nothing to ask its business either in the room or the sanitary and final Patterson, perspiration odor is steeped in the walls.

Finally the building is beautiful, the walls are rather specific.

Then, beautiful setting, it is in general, however I did not very well understand the fact of having to pay 3 € per day for bed sheets, I thought they would be at least changed once... wholesale are kept the same sheets for the duration of the stay for 3 euros a day, is a little strong... Otherwise the price/quality ratio is very good. It is a little far from the centre (on foot, by metro is fast) but it is very close to the central station.

Small hotel very well located, comfortable and clean.

However we have not seen the free internet access as announced in the description and the mattress was not the most comfortable.

A recommend strongly for a holiday in the heart of the Milan city

Il letto "matrimoniale" è piccolissimo (massimo 1,20m) (è anche la stanza era molto piccola - così che non si poteva aprire bene la porta dell'armadio perché toccava già il letto!), la porta del bagno non chiude, la doccia o è freddissima o caldissima - non c'è niente fra le due, la colazione è quasi inesistente... non era un soggiorno molto gradevole :-/

Fairly well located hostel, 10 minutes from downtown by subway (which even at 5 minutes from the hostel). Quite noisy because the rooms give on the road. The hostel was clean and Nice staff.

It is the only hostel where i could sleep tight, it is very clean and tidy, very quiet and near to the metro station, less than 10 min to the touristic places.

Also, Viviana the owner of this hostel she is a terrific person she is very extremely helpful, she guided us all the time. Told us where to go and how and where to eat delicious food.

My journey there was amazing very short but amazing To be sincere i liked my stay more than i enjoyed Milan

Easy access hotel (Yellow line to Macciachini, then 10 min walk or 3 bus stops) lots of rain in may, fortunately they are happy their umbrellas!

Ottimo posto per qualità/prezzo e si è veramente comodi con la fermata della metro a 50 m. Bagni grandi e puliti. Se non fosse per i compagni di camerata che rientrano alle 3 di notte: portatevi i tappi per dormire!!

Arrivées à 1h du matin après un parcours urbain un peu chaotique, nous arrivons dans un quartier plus que douteux, passons un pont autoroutiers et tombons sur une vieille bâtisse recouverte de lierre. Sur les grilles délimitant le terrain est accrochée un panneau de vente ce qui nous fait douter de l'exactitude de l'adresse. Sur l'interphone est pourtant collé un petit bout de papier indiquant "Hotel Scream House". Nous sonnons et conformément aux indications de la voix, nous entrons dans un petit jardin et contournons la maison pour arriver à la réception, au premier étage. Le reste relève presque du cauchemar. La maison est certes plaisante mais l'auberge de jeunesse se résume à un petit couloir au bout duquel est installé la réceptionniste. Les chambres ne doivent pas excéder les 10m2 pour 5 à 8 personnes! Les couvertures sont miteuses, la prétendue vue sur jardin s'avère en fait être une fenêtre donnant sur le patio de l'immeuble où 3 plantes vertes se battent en duel sous le linge suspendu du reste des habitants. Il n'y a que 2 salles de bains pour tout les résidents (les files d'attentes sont donc longues et régulières) et aucun tapis de bain, ni aération. Seul bon point: la petite cuisine avec plaques chauffantes, plan de travail, frigo et rangement en libre accès ainsi que la vaisselle et les couverts. L'accueil est également correct, mais je n'aurais pu passer plus d'une nuit dans ce boxon. Plus que moyen

I spent a night at the base I have reserve in this Inn, arrived on-site Chamber is located in the Inn in front: back and white. Correct bed, very minimalist bedroom no closet 1 single socket (predict its taken multi).

+ centre - bathroom, almost cold water in winter - clogged shower short, value for money is correct.

-Smoke cigarette in the corridors has length of day access internet but even not a computer for available layer of dust surrounding of the shower but health looks clean.

+ Kitchen team meeting with other young (and old ^ ^) price a key in els closed lockers rooms for personal business

La experiencia es positiva, las habitaciones son muy confortables en la medida del costo por noche. La atencion y el servicio por parte de las personas que trabajan alli es buena.

Chambre et literie correct, salle de bain spacieuse et propre, l'accueil est ce pendant un peu expéditif

Three décue... L'accueil fut glacial, le départ tout autant. Nous avons eu très froid la nuit, car pas de chauffage. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon et les sanitaires ne sont pas nettoyes régulièrement... Evitez cet endroit.

Nel complesso sufficiente ma devono selezionare meglio i clienti. Troppi extra-comunitari che hanno provocato qualche problema notturno.

grandes chambres assez propres, mais mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée car par de WIFI et une taxe "touriste" à ajouter qui n'était pas indiquée sur le site.

Hotel calme et chauffage existant, ce qui est un bon point pour cette période de l'année.

The hostel is not a real Youth-Hostel beacause it's condition is not sufficient. You can completely experirence the defect that belongs to a private hostel.

Très bon séjour, un Hotel très bien placer et bien entretenu. Je le recommande.

Very good hotel, the rooms are clean and bathroom is also very clean even if it is shared. the staff is very welcoming and if there is a need of anything, they are always the. The location is idel especially for the people who come to Milan by plane or train. the shuttle to the airport and the central station are 5 minutes from hotel l. It is also a 5 minute by metro from the city centre, at the time it is really practical. I recommend!

Nice rooms, quite wide, clean sheets, seemingly good security, two heavy doors your own keys. Owner's English is very basic and the place is a bugger to find, directions are close to useless took us hours, quite a noisy area but can't fault the place itself, clean roomy all you need.

The rooms are clean and quiet. The hostel is located near the Metro. Quick access to the station and the city with the Metro centre.

It must be very careful because there are two hotels Bristol a Milan. We have been at the two and they are extremely different. It located in the Via Fratelli Bandiera 100, Milan, Italy is extremely ugly. I recommend this hotel to anyone. First, the staff is not at all sympathetic. We arrived around 10 pm the night and the employee had the air aware of nothing. To cancel (1 day in advance as the site said), it had to be very insisting with the owner, who was very unpleasant to our place. In addition, the rooms are horrible, the bathrooms very rooms. There is no isolation between the rooms. And the hotel is located at about 15 minutes from Central Station (Milano Centrale) taxi, about 20 euros of taxi. So even if the hotel is cheap, it does not worth to also move away from the centre for an unpleasant stay. Therefore, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Muy buen lugar, although muy ubicado con el metro a pocos metros del albergue. Baños impecables y maravilloso trato, me ayudarán in todo cuanto pedi. Solo dos aspectos negativos: los mosquitos (of trato comun por the humedad, llevar repelente Milan) y los 4 croasants than our tangaron. MAS el zumo. Imperdonable XD

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, közel a Dómhoz. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. A reggeli lehetne kissé változatosabb. A szoba nagyon kicsi volt.

UN hostal muy bueno, una buena ubicaci ó n, excelente instalaciones, la cocina genial muy amplia, los comedores geniales muy buenos, la sala para convivir excelente con televisi ó n, el personal muy agradable, muy c ó modos, los dormitorios, el precio adecuado, El desayuno bueno un poco escaso pero bueno, excelente lugar para conocer amigos y para convivir, muy cerca del metro y tambi é n te puedes trasladar caminando a los centros tur í sticos, en resumen un excelente hostal el mejor de mi viaje.
