The pictures in the website are much better than the place originally. The hostel is very old, the access to the house is very hard because there is a very, very big stairs to go up. So, when you arrive with bags, it´s very hard to get in the house.

The people in the hostel are very nice and the breakfast is very good too.

Very good even the place we went super well atendimos, the place has a great structure, Nice staff good people who have treated us well. For sure we will come back more often and we call for all friends ...

très décevant, chambre plus que sommaire, pas propre, lit pas confortable, accueil moyen, reste un bel emplacement.

Foi otimo conhecer e conviver com pessoas tão receptivas como o Rodrigo e a Laura como tambem os demais hospedes, e o local eu recomendo para todos aqueles que não gostam de se sentir isolados e ao mesmo tempo tem a sua privacidade respeitada. Eu amei este lugar. vocês são otimos, continuem avançando. Ate breve. . .

Charming Hostel in the outer...

We have slept in the House of 9 like has a clapier (genus 9 m2).

Shower not clean, not practical...

It said that the small dej was not included in the price then the site is included...

"Security" problem a person remained sounded a door of the hotel for 20 min at night...

There is when even the positive, close location of the type 10 min range in foot, close to shops...

The District does not fear too, rising to access is quite rude.

on-site hygiene leaves desired 2 places for the dormitory, the sheets felt the moisture and the cat piss.

the water was not common but can be was that a cause of the work in the neighbourhood (or not!). private showers during 1 h or 2, private hunting water and drinking water... hum hum! the blates were also parts of our showers and our pee breaks!

But apart from that we spend a pleasant stay, this was not so terrible that! the people could meet were very friendly, and the general atmosphere of the hostel was also very friendly.

We really enjoyed the place, they were very accommodating with every thing we needed.

Muito bom! Alojamento agradável, próximo a Lapa.

Tres bien decoree , tres bonne ambiance et tres bien situee. En plus il y a une francaise a l acceuil, ce qui facilite beaucoup la decouverte de Rio de Janeiro !!!

really nice hostel well located for the parties in Lapa, cheap, quiet by night, staff is perfect, and the place just gives you the feeling you could stay there for years best place in Rio!

Bonne ambiance chaleureuse dans cette auberge située an bordure de Lapa et au pied de la colline de la séduisante Santa Teresa. Excellent accueil et service. L'Auberge est décorée of fresques murales colorées, à l'image de celles qu'on retrouve sur les murs du quartier qui est vivant et très animé, jour et nuit.

Hôtel lamentable et d'un prix réellment honteux au regard des lamentables prestations proposées: matelas abominable , pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain privative, ampoule de salle de bain grillée et jamais réparée malgré nos demandes, forte odeur d'urine dans la chambre, personnel très peu coopératif et ne parlant aucune autre langue que le portugais (pour le coup ça m'a permis de m'entrainer à parler cette langue !)

Bref, à fuir !! (bien que le quartier de Catete soit un quartier sympa)
