Brussels Hello Hostel est un cadre agréable, je me suis senti comme dans la famille, l'accueil très exemplaire, et le personnel très disposé à vous écouter pour fournir les renseignements dont vous avez besoin. Les clients ne sont pas traités comme des simples passagers, mais plutôt comme des vrais amis. J'ai vraiment aimé le cadre, et j'y retournerai à mon prochain séjour. Cool!

Just read your literature and it clearly states "a quiet policy after 11PM"...why is this not enforced?????......music should be off and the bar closed at 11PM if you want everybody to "be quiet".

Everything was OK...room,breakfast,cleanliness etc EXCEPT FOR THE NOISE....I always thought there was a strick "no noise after 11pm" in hostels but it was after 11pm when the noise began....and all due to the bar/common room being open until 1-2 in the morning...during my 5 day stay I had to complain to the night porter (who spoke only Spanish not French or English) twice as around 1-2AM its not unreasonable that people need to sleep...the noise of the music reduced but was not turned off therefore the people (all of which were 17-25) did not go to bed....its OK if you dont mind waking up at mid-day because you did not go to sleep until 3-4AM but there are people who are also on holiday and need to be up at a reasonable hour (7-9AM) to do the things they went to Brussels to do. and see.I just feel that any noise after midnight is just unacceptable in a hostel and should not be allowed....why is there a night porter if his job is not to ensure people act reasonably????.

It was a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the bar where you can taste all kinds of different beers at reasonable prices - a warm and perfect welcome when you just arrived from the creepy Midi train station late at night. We also liked the big area where you can just relax, watch tv or meet new people. I loved the free water dispenser. It was a bit too quiet and the area is quiet too but it has a good connection to city center and the other sights. Thanks again Hello Hostel

I had a great stay in Brussels, Very central location, affordable, easy access to rooms 24/7, secure with keycards, just about enough WiFi to catch up with emails, fine comfy beds, clean hostel, good ensuite facilities (I was in a 5-person shared dorm), roomy lockers with an easy place to put your lock, etc. I didn't use the kitchen for the short time I was there, but it seemed pretty good with enough utensils and eating space when I poked my head round the door. No complaints really, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in the centre of Brussels then this is it!

Nous avions une chambre pour 4 avec salle de bain et toilettes inclus.

Auberge en plein centre de la ville, tout est accessible à pied.

Accueil sympathique.

En voiture, difficile de trouver un stationnement aux abords.

Super Accueil, chambre, salle commune, salle d'eau et WC propre. Vraiment rien a redire c'était parfait. MERCI

Très bonne auberge de jeunesse. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Seul bémol, la salle commune ferme ses portes à 23h ce qui est trop tôt quand il fait -4 C° dehors.

Bon spot, chambres calmes, propres et confortables, accueil convivial et disponible.

Seuls soucis: les douches un peu à l'ancienne, l'éloignement de l'auberge (15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre la station de métro c'est long surtout quand il pleut) et le wi-fi quasi inexistant dans les chambres.

Ceci dit bon rapport qualité/prix .

Very nice complex, clean, ideal for groups of athletes.

Unfortunately much too far from the city centre, receiving average. Not recommended for young backpackers.

Some difficulties of access (closed parking at midnight :) and the comfort of the rooms and showers is Spartan, but for those which wish to visit Brussels want to engage in a sport (many in the Center) is the ideal.

Hostel very pleasant but very large. It is a large sports complex in the Woods, where there are soccer fields, of athletes,... The reception is nice and very helpful, the rooms are clean but the bathrooms not terrible. There is a place to eat but a little difficult to find with all of these corridors and elevators c. She is really pretty but is very eccentric the town with a bus every hour.

Room spacious and clean, a large quiet apartment, on a large avenue but however not noisy at night.

Easy access by car and metro.

Tres bon accueil, chambre et douches propres, service de draps top & appréciable. petit déjeuner très moyen par contre.

à coté d'un parking donc idéal pour y laisser sa voiture car les rues de bruxelles craignent sinon.

emplacement plutot pas mal pour etre rapidement dans le centre.

par contre pas de chance nous sommes tombé sur un bus de jeunes Anglais (30/40 pers) qui étaient là pour faire la fête c'était l'horreur, peu dormi...

Très bonne auberge avec une magnifique chambre privée. Très bon bar et billard gratuit ( heureusement vu l'état) seul inconvénient c'est le départ à 10h. Ne pas faire la fête la dernière soirée car le réveil pique un peu. Sinon dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé

Une auberge très sympa, nous étions à quatre dans un dortoir de 8 et franchement, tout y était: un lavabo pour la toilette de base, les toilettes à proximité (certes elles sont dehors, c'est dur en hiver mais bon). Seul mini hic, je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude, mais étant la seule concernée, je pense que c'était un problème temporaire.

Le petit dej' est bien, on aimerait le voir durer jusqu'à 9h30.... enfin ça oblige à se lever pour visiter ce qui n'est pas plus mal au final.

L'auberge est toute proche du métro, et pas loin du centre (20mn à pied) sans être réellement dans un quartier qui bouge. Disons que le chemin n'est pas trop long, et que si on a vraiment la flemme de bouger c'est possible de siroter au bar en même temps qu'une partie de billard ^^.

Enfin, quand on est pauvre, on a le droit à la cuisine pas mal équipée pour touristes avec des denrées achetées au carrefour express du coin de la rue (il ferme vers 20h30 je crois) ou on peut acheter du jus d'orange pressé sous nos yeux en bouteille.

the welcome is friendly, the breakfast nothing wrong. The point that it is urgent to improve it are mattresses, nothing that by sitting on it, feel all the springs.

Cet hôtel reste un peu loin du centre ville, et le quartier de la gare du Nord ne fait pas tellement partie de ces quartiers que l'on aime voir quand on veut profiter de ses vacances. Un accueil malgré tout sympa, qui compense un tout petit peu l'état vétuste des chambres et la propreté douteuse.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

La chambre était propre et l'emplacement dans le centre de la ville, même s'il faut compter 15 min à pied pour aller dans les endroits touristiques.

A very nice hotel near the railway station to the North and a good 10 minutes from the grand place. We recommend to young people or people without children. Indeed, the neighborhood is one of the prostitutes, is quite confusing especially when we are arrived at night. Nothing dangerous in fact finally to the neighbourhood remains animated all the time and paradoxically it is reassuring. Even over the hotel in him even: stairs, small spaces, young population, it is less evident with young children. Pleasant thing the home is open non-stop. Good price/quality ratio. Good benefits.

Très bonne auberge, très bien situé avec un accueil très agréable. Dortoir de 6 au top, avec grande salle de bains propre et WC séparé.

The hostel is very well located. Near North Station, and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place. It is very clean, and very well tended rooms.

I had bad luck because it caught fire due to a short circuit the first night that I was, but the fire alarm works very well. And emergency services also. Luckily all left unharmed. I personally hostel not I warned of this evenings I had reserved days to find alternative accommodation. But after a the following week I returned them quieter that asked it me. I understand that in situations as well and the chaos that had I can not ask for more. A pity, hope that will fix things as soon as possible and to be completed soon.

I recommend the place. Of truth.

I would return. The price is not cheap, but it includes breakfast. Also you can't find cheaper hostels by Brussels. All go for that price.

Comfortable, clean and well located hostel, but very few personal, a little like a chain of edge of Highway hotel. Small already very very simple and the internet paying.

Llegamos a 13: 30 para dejar las FRA, our dijeron as estaban limpiando habitación. No pudimos entrar, tuvimos than dejar nuestras cosas en una especie trastero, con otras tantas mas, our q ropa allí cambiar tuvimos FRA, desvestirnos y con todo guardarlo prisas perdiendo vestir prendas, por pensar evil No., y pensar that our han metido mano in estas.

Pasamos el día fuera y disfrute la habitación 4 horas, ya llegamos tarde sobre las 1: 30 y me tuve than ir a las 5: 30.

No. is muy although como era, is no. era of tres camas como yo tenia reservado, había dos literas our pusimos el pijama (No. pudimos sleep desnudas) por if our metían a otra persona.

the No. tenia sillas, el suelo era cemento, habitación y el agua del grifo con salia a fuerte olor a cañerías, por lo que tuvimos that dirty lavarnos los dientes al baño.

Otros amigos fueron has a hotel, con todas las comodidades por 3 euros mas, la habitación todo el día (24horas) disfrutando

It is a very simple hostel to find when it knows not too Brussels. It is removed from the very family city centre, the room are clean and pleasant! The terrace is the icing on the cake...

Un sitio normal, limpio que por el precio era importante. La localización era lo mejor, muy cerca de todo y del transporte.

El personal también muy amable, menos la señora que servía el desayuno, que daba un poco de repelús.

Las mantas eran horribles y era de lo peor del sitio en tanto 'sucias', sabanas y toallas bien.

Hay wiffi en todas las habitaciones.

This hotel is simply outrageous. We arrived, my girlfriend and me one Saturday morning to 10 h in order to submit our business. Of our entry into the hotel, we feel that we are not in something that will be remembered, finally in short. Once the House is settled, we climb up to the 6th floor. I recommend strongly the elevator since it has no door, I wonder even if it is up to standard. 3/4 Of the building are in the works, but the general atmosphere is frankly poor. Once arriving in our room which was first sight seems quite well given the price (65 euros the night). First discoveries, steps of heating (on November 20), broken bathroom mirror, hair of beard in the tub, double mattress that actually proves be a sort of Lounge Chair bed (2 single mattresses next) and to finish a sote of cockroach coming out from behind the mirror.

I advise you strongly to go your way and go in hotels near the Royal galleries (hotel Aris) which offer much better for the same price.

Rather nice hotel, good ratio quality / price. If it appears in first vieillot, capricieux with tiny elevator, the Chamber is suitable. With parquet floor, management of the House is very well, and own shower room, providing towels, SOAP and shampoo. The hotel is rather well located, 10-15 minutes from the Grand place slow steps.

Own House for a promo price interesting €58 double room, we were a group of 18 people and everything is very well spent, flexibility of hours, however not drag the area the evening...Good price/quality ratio

a cold welcome, rooms without stamp no obvious lack of warmth from the direction

The hotel is very well positioned (1 km from the centre and a metro nearby, as well as bus station), it is great, but at the time it is a true labyrinth. the rooms are spartan but clean. Shower cabin was similarly spacious. the breakfast is full and understood. One of the receptionist was very pleasant and took time to indicate the place to see. While sleeping. However, the cost was high but as we are come to the eve of the day of the year, it can be explained. I advise.

Hostels near the Center, but is in the Arab quarter and it must be specified in the description! Because of this unexpected put 1 star. If you are not confused by the specificity of these quarters, the otherwise good, clean hostel, youth, convenient. Towels are not provided.

At night under Windows (for people) was very noisy.

own Inn, sympathetic staff persons, breakfast at the top parking secure point negative only recommend: a little bit far from the centre when it's raining ropes (20 min) but largely feasible with a beautiful time

C'est une auberges jolie avec histoire où Vicent van Gogh a été fu ici. Service est très bon mais il y a internet dans chambre dormir.

Hotel very well located very close from the hyper centre. Helpful to listen to residents. Comfortable rooms, one however the 126 had a whiff of sewage. Well isolated phonetically and climatically (123). It has never been the heating in the room. Hearty breakfast. Free access to the internet. I would gladly recommend this hostel.

EU fiquei pouco tempo para avaliar melhor esse hostel, mas posso dizer que os atendentes sao simpaticos, tem uma estrutura boa é um Café da manhã legal. So nao gostei muito dos banheiros e da distância do metro, mas apenas isso.

Hostel very nice with new art deco and close to the centre (20 min walk to the main square). Staff very welcoming. Large kitchen has available.

The only place to stay in Brussels! You simply arrive at a friend's! Karel is very friendly! Fabulous Art Déco house, confortable bed, huge kitchen with a view to the garden, affectionate dog. Transport facilities in a nice part of the city. It is not a youth hostel at all.

What else ?

Clima accogliente e appartamento gradevole. Un po decentrato rispetto al centro città tuttavia ben servito dal tram e inserito in un quartiere dal clima piacevolmente multietnico.
